For the first time ever, Nike released a women's-specific cleat collection for the 2015 Women's World Cup. The collection features a metallic Blue Lagoon and Volt colorway that integrates with the US Women's National Team uniform. The full kit is white but transforms into a Volt gradient through the sock and continues into the boots (mainly with the Volt Dynamic Fit Collars on the Magista, Hypervenom and Superfly). The release of the Nike Hypervenom Phantom II also coincided with the release of the Women's World Cup Cleat Pack, and Alex Morgan was the face of the campaign on the women's side.
